Job Description

Direct and coordinate financial activities of workers in a company. The Director of Finance is responsible for managing all finance and accounting related duties for IranTalent Company including but not limited to the completion of all internal and external financial reports and the coordination of the year-end audit process. The Director of Finance is accountable for ensuring that constant adherence to internal financial controls follow as the described process. - Providing and interpreting financial information - Professional with analyzing financial process of the company for future trends - Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends - Analyzing changes of the process and advising accordingly - Formulating strategic and long-term business plans - Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance - Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk - Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities - Managing, monitoring and reporting systems of the company's financial accounting - Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out - Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines - Managing budgets - Supervising staff - Keeping changes parallel with financial regulations and legislation
