Job Description

Our company is looking for a full-time "Financial Controller" with the following role description: ● Keeping records of financial transactions and supporting documents. ● Reviewing corresponding accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences. ● Preparing and making monthly account reconciliation with customers. ● Performing end-month controls such as ledger and sub-ledger reconciliation and account receivable reconciliation. ● Tracking the financial balance. ● Preparing the financial drafts and document archives. ● Processing all the monthly salaries and timely registration of all financial issues in the payroll software. ● Preparing and reviewing expenses, budgets, revenues, invoices, and sub-accounting documents. ● Providing our CEO, HR Director & financial team with support and recommendations to improve financial performance. ● Measuring and controlling financial risk by understanding internal and external business risks and implementing appropriate financial controls. ● Developing and prepare various reports and analysis (daily, monthly, quarterly, annually) including preparation of short and long term forecasts and budgets as well as financial analysis report. ● Managing the treasury function including cash management and collections. ● Implementing and maintaining financial information systems to meet financial operations and reporting needs. ● Collaborating in closing accounts at the end of the financial period. ● Managing all necessary local and foreign tax reporting and reviewing tax optimization options. ● Coordinating and liaising with external auditors. ● Reporting to the "Head of Financial Department". ● Preparing and adjusting of discrepancies related to accounts between other companies or contractors and customers and taking action to resolve their discrepancies and submitting the relevant report to the "Head of Financial Department". ● Ensure accuracy of financial transaction.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. ● Previous experience: over 5 years relevant working experience in the finance department. ● Proficiency in financial statement cost accounting and sales and purchasing accounting. ● Familiar with Sepidar system Software. ● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ● Ability in organization planning, negotiation, communication, analysis, decision making, and problem-solving. ● Ideal age range 30-40 years old. ● Full knowledge of the trade, tax, and insurance laws. ● High attention to detail and finance or accounting acumen.
