Job Description

● Controlling financial accounts, processing and controlling documents, maintaining accounts, handling company contracts with manufacturers and contractors, and preparing liquidity reports and the company's balance sheet at the end of the financial year. ● Communicating financial policies to personnel and cooperating in setting up the required programs. ● Preparing and organizing explanatory reports of the company's financial accounting performance. ● Preparing and regulating trial and annual balance sheets and deviations and regulations of the company's legal offices. ● Assisting in preparing the annual budget and justifying the bases included in the budget for the company's responsible officials. ● Cooperating and coordinating with auditors and legal inspectors of the company. ● Controlling and supervising the preparation of tax returns and reports related to the tax affairs organization. ● Controlling the financial accounts of the company, including payments and receipts, and preparing a report on the operations performed for the senior financial manager. ● Controlling over documents issued in financial affairs and control of warehouse documents and products. ● Checking and controlling the accounting of purchases and circulation of suppliers' accounts. ● Controlling the system of property and plate stamping of the company's property and assets. ● Referring to property organizations, social security, and other different organizations. ● Planning in the implementation of year-end warehouse rotation. ● Controlling the balance sheet and preparing various reports of the company's financial operations at the end of the financial year and preparing corrective documents for each of the subsidiary units to close the accounts. ● Controlling inventory and turnover of different parts and their compliance with the company's financial regulations. ● Controlling the presence and absence of employees under their supervision and guidance in their duties, providing necessary training in order to improve the quality of their work and skills. ● Dealing with administrative issues of employees under supervision.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably, in Management. ● Fluent in MS Office. ● Familiarity with the principles of human resources management. ● Familiarity with the types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.). ● Familiarity with a variety of personality tests and psychological tests. ● 4 years of related work experience.
