Job Description
Execute administrative tasks and follow up of project accountancy, according to the administration manager’s indications and MSF procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance and keep strict control over monetary resources.
Responsibilities and tasks:
● Accounting.
● Controlling and monitoring payments.
● Being a warrant of MSF accounting protocols.
● Register accountancy.
● Prepare contracts.
● Assist with the preparation of salary payments as required.
● Provide support to the Personal Administrative Manager with Social Security and local authorities.
● Provide support during the recruitment.
