Job Description

The objective of the role: ● Execute administrative tasks and follow up of project accountancy, according to the administration manager’s indications and MSF procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance and keep strict control over monetary resources. Accounting: ● Control and monitor payments. ● Be warrant of MSF accounting protocols. ● Register accountancy. HR: ● Prepare contracts. ● Assist with the preparation of salary payments as required. ● Provide support to the personal administrative manager with social security and local authorities. ● Provide support during the recruitment. What we offer: ● Legal contract with social security coverage. Full-time contract of 4 months (end of November 2022) with possible extension.

Personal attributes required: ● Teamwork, able to work with multidisciplinary teams in a multicultural context. ● Good communication skills. ● Desire to learn and investigate new subjects. ● Flexible and rigorous.
