Job Description
● Prepare feasibility studies and business plans for the corporation and the subsidiaries by doing detailed financial analysis and valuation.
● Review and evaluate investment opportunities, feasibility studies, and business case reports provided by subsidiary companies and participate in the due diligence process.
● Prepare documents and financial models required for tenders and auctions.
● Evaluate cash flows of projects for financing.
● Evaluate the current investment portfolio.
● Prepare and collect information and documents needed to identify new investment opportunities, assist with negotiations and documentation, and prepare material to present investment opportunities.
