Job Description
● Keep track of current, developing, and changing regional and global trends in fashion and design and develops exclusive, creative, and unconventional designs. ● Contribute to the selection of collection products in accordance with market trends and analyze the market segment at which the product is aimed, along with prices and competition. ● Contribute to the execution of the seasonal vision of apparel, accessories, and sock art design by developing a strong consumer-oriented point of view. ● Research new techniques and applications that can be used in seasonal products and use findings to innovate our products. ● Work with the production team to understand market needs and design graphics aligned to product briefs and cost targets. ● Partner with apparel and accessories designers to ensure that textile stories and individual prints, materials, and trims enhance the product aesthetic and fit with the overall design. ● Check the suitability of the technical sheet before creating the order and ensuring that the models to be manufactured would be in stock on time. ● Make fabric quality researches in line with the season trends, customer expectations, and needs.
Requirements
● At Least Bachelor’s degree in fashion or related topics. ● Previous experience working with major fashion suppliers/producers and good know-how of the Iran fashion industry. ● Familiar with fashion trends, textiles, fabrics, and the sewing process of different garments. ● Good communication skills. ● Excellent time management and organizational skills.
