Factory Manager

Job Description

● Monitor the production of quality products has been announced according to the production plan. ● Monitor maintenance and repair activities of machines and equipment. ● Report to the management on the special performance of product production, waste, and product maintenance on a continuous basis. ● Analyze information and monitor results and measure production trends. ● Decide how to use labor and equipment to achieve production goals. ● Monitor the entry and exit of goods from the warehouse. ● Cooperate with the quality control manager to reduce production waste or product returns and improve the quality of products. ● Cooperate with technical and engineering managers to develop products and propose new products. ● Check the results of monitoring and measuring the processes related to the factory and take action to improve. ● Analyze data related to production in order to check the degree of compliance of production operations with planning. ● Write daily production reports and presenting to the senior management of the company. ● Identify factory processes and determine their monitoring and measurement indicators ● Propose improvement solutions to the management for the effectiveness of the management system. ● Promote risk-based thinking at all levels and departments of the organization. ● Macro planning of production and raw materials and monitoring its implementation. ● Determine the point of ordering raw materials and announcing them to the warehouse or purchase unit. ● Control the production of products according to the schedule and allocated budget. ● Determine whether or not new cars are needed. ● Supervise and cooperate in periodical reloading. ● Receive customer orders from the sales unit and continuously communicate with the sales manager to meet customer requirements. ● Check the status of the achievement of goals and related programs on a continuous basis through received reports. ● Identify risks and opportunities related to factory processes and try to control them. ● Cooperate in developing the product quality plan, including production instructions, quality control, and product maintenance. ● Capacity measurement of machines and production lines. ● Check the machines and material flow in the production process and cooperate in optimizing it. ● Communicate with manufacturing or factory-related contractors regarding a product or service-related requirements. ● Identify the training program needed by employees. ● Recruit, train, and evaluate workers in order to provide sufficient and skilled manpower for the production department or factory. ● Determine overtime hours for workers. ● Fix any kind of production problem if it occurs.
