Job Description

● Manage a plastic injection factory, in order to improve productivity and increase efficiency. ● Implement strategies in alignment with Bericap group strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction. ● Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. ● Stay up to date with last production management, best practices, and concepts. ● Review logs, data sheets, or reports to ensure adequate production levels and safe production environments or to identify abnormalities with production equipment or processes. ● Direct or coordinate activities to increase operations' efficiency.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related fields in Management or Finance. ● In-depth knowledge of Plastic Injection Tools. ● At least 7 years of progressive experience including practices in both managerial and production platforms. ● Creative, reliable, motivated, and energetic. ● Having good influencing skills and self-motivated. ● Ability to communicate appropriately and dynamic with administrative staff and production personnel. ● Ideal age range: 35 to 60 years old. ● At least 10 years of relevant experience in related fields. ● Fluent in English and preferably Turkish. ● Nationality preference: Iranian. ● Gender preference: Male. ● Based in Karaj.
