Factory Manager

Requirements

● Gender preference: Male. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in the fields of Wood Industry Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management. ● At least eight years of factory management experience, related to intermediate wood industry lines (high glass, melamine, and parquet). ● Familiarity with strategic formulation, familiarity with wood industry machinery and equipment, familiarity with measuring tools. ● Familiarity with maintenance and repairs, familiarity with production planning. ● Familiarity with the principles of warehousing, communication skills. ● Ability to do teamwork. ● Problem-solving power. ● Timely decision-making skills. ● High confidence in doing the assigned tasks. ● Ability to divide work among sub-employees.
