Develop and lead a production team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels, and partners to position the business as an innovator and leader.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; participating in professional societies.
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
Responsible for quality control, branding, monitoring, and maintaining.
Communicate with the sales team and partner regarding product/price/promotion. discrepancies, customer issues, display failure, and out-of-stock in retail.
Requirements
5 years of experience in a similar role.
At least 2 years of working experience.
Experience in dealing with products like AV/HA.
Strong analysis skills.
Excellent people management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
