Factory Manager

Job Description

• Develop and lead a production team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels, and partners to position the business as an innovator and leader.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; participating in professional societies.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
• Responsible for quality control, branding, monitoring, and maintaining.
• Communicate with the sales team and partner regarding product/price/promotion. discrepancies, customer issues, display failure, and out-of-stock in retail.
