Job Description

Goldiran Industries is a successful Consumer Electronic Manufacturing company seeking an experienced Factory HR Manager that involves in managing all the HR practices followed within the factory of our organization. ● Design, develop, and implement effective HR strategies in line with business requirements and company policy. ● Liaise with central and other statutory authorities on issues relating to factory operations including matters pertaining to licenses/permits/consents, etc. ● Identify and monitor public issues/external organizations which affect the reputation or operation of the company. ● Manage the recruitment and selection process Effectively manage all critical visits and events. ● Maintain pay plan and benefits program. ● Prepare HR budget and ensure control of expenses. ● Performance management of all the factory employees. ● Play a key role in forecasting labor requirements and planning them accordingly. ● Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. ● Ensure Safety and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit. ● Monitor the preparation and revision of instructions, procedures, and forms required by the company.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of HR management experience, with a preference to experience in a leadership role in HR. ● Excellent people management skills. ● Excellent negotiation skills. ● Excellent in labor law. ● Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document and report preparation. ● Ability to analyze data, prepare analytical reports, and work with related graphs. ● Familiarity with ISO14000.
