Job Description

• To coordinate with a variety of internal and external parties for facilities project including planning, design, implementation and commissioning until close out of all kinds of projects. • To coordinate unplanned (ad-hoc) projects related to facilities as per manager request. • To liaise with consultants and contractors to explain to them on design briefs and unique specifications • To collaborate actively in the tender process of facilities projects and overview orientation of final projects’ design drawings and specifications with project designs, consultants, and appropriate MTNIrancell personnel. • To provide MTNIrancell divisions with facility related technical/non-technical consultations as required. • To propose action plans to address issues identified in reports & meetings and follow track of actions. • To gather the required inputs from all stakeholders especially end user/customer during project definition and make sure the project implementation is in progress completely in accordance with the requirement in a way to deliver the close out projects to customers by the minimum challenges. • To coordinate development of project design, necessary documentation and regulatory approvals • To coordinate the design and Implementation of all MTNIrancell buildings, facilities and installations - technical and non-technical projects - including site plan enhancements, alterations and buildings’ renovations. • To continuously monitor implementation of the progress through regular on-site inspection, meetings, and reviews and prepare and present periodic project progress reports as required for the line manager • To monitor facilities project schedule to ensure they are within projects timeline and prepare related reports for the project manager. • To monitor facilities projects as per quality guidance and metrics to ensure they are matched with project scope and provide the related reports • To review change order proposals and recommend necessary approvals and circulate the request.

Requirements

Education: • BSc degree in Civil Engineering Major Required Knowledge and Experience :  Experience working in a medium organization  AutoCAD & ETABS skill  Familiar with project management skills  Expert is National Building Regulations as well as “2800 standard”  Expert in ETABS, SAFE, SAP, AutoCAD, Office software  Fluent in English
