Job Description

● To supervise external contractors in the execution of corrective maintenance on technical and non-technical buildings in the region according to checklists and ensure the results are recorded in PM databases. ● To ensure policies, procedures, and processes are adhered to in the execution of maintenance contracts, prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, ensure their correctness, and escalate the issues to the line manager. ● To submit corrective maintenance analysis reports on schedule and based on the agreed template to the line manager. ● To ensure no variation exists in the scheduled time and actual time in completing assigned tasks and work orders. ● To prepare reports about PM/CM activities, MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), finished PMs, and in-progress repairing, supervise and ensure maintenance of AHU, HVAC, boilers, elevators diesel generators, rectifiers, UPS and batteries, FM200, LV, and MV power distribution panel, transforms and substation equipment. ● To liaise with governmental institutes in related regional cases and coordinate to resolve them based on policy. ● To have a cross-functional relationship with the various departments/divisions to ensure received requests are responded to timely and based on processes. ● To deliver the approved closed work orders in the software application to vendor representatives once it’s completed and check the representative to process invoices and submit them in the Hard Cat application. ● To monitor conducting proper asset for asset management movement processes and free and occupied office space in the assigned region. ● To prepare the required reports for audit and supervision purposes about equipment as well as PMs, CMs, and processes. ● To ensure all the generated logs in the ticketing system are tracked on schedule in assigned regions. ● To monitor warehousing (receive and transfer the material and goods) in the office and switch sites facilities warehouses to distribute the spare parts accurately in the needed time. ● To provide warehouse stock report to ensure the spare part list is updated and sent to the manager and planning team. ● To check the PMS (power monitoring system), Neteco, and the potential issues till they are resolved. ● To provide the incident report and follow up with vendors to resolve them. ● To inspect CCTV and monitoring systems and check the related contractor to fix the issues. ● To monitor assigned region facility activity 24/7, control the situation during the service-affected CR and natural disasters, and propose solutions to improve the procedures. ● To estimate the Work Order (WO) costs, analyze, get pre-invoice, and find the best suggestion to fix the issues. ● To submit disposal forms based on technical evaluation reports and submit the required report (Daily, BIR, CM report, etc.). ● To collaborate with Facilities Maintenance Electrical Engineer in allocating required space and equipment for Network and ITS’ new projects. ● To collect buildings’ bills promptly and deliver them to IFM finance to facilitate the payment process. ● To follow up on the crisis warnings from crisis management committees and collaborate with the FAC O&M to prepare the requirements. ● To coordinate all activities relating to office relocations within the region. ● To collaborate with SOC and cyber security team to check and secure facilities equipment to prevent attacks.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. ● At least 3 years of experience in the area of specialization; with experience in supervising others. ● Experience working in a medium organization.
