Job Description:
● Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
● Email correspondence.
● Writing letters in Farsi.
● Coordinate office management activities.
● Registration, control and maintain of incoming and outgoing letters and packages.
● Preparing required reports and submit them to management.
● Providing administrative support to office staff.
● Performing general office duties and maintaining and archiving reports.
● Performing travel arrangements (visa/hotel/ticket/etc.) and managing schedule.
● Performing affairs related to the head of the CEO's office.
● Acting as personal assistant for CEO.
Requirements
Job Requirement:
● Female, maximum 40 years old.
● Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative roles.
● Proficient in Office (specially Word, Outlook and Excel).
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities and detail oriented.
● Integrity and confidentiality.
● Having great work commitment and teamwork spirit.
● Interested in learning.
● Ambition, drive and self-starting capability, and strongly initiative.
