Job Description

The objective of the role: Increase productivity, increase collaboration, increase the integrity of different departments, provide solutions, and decrease the delay in project lead time. List of responsibilities: ● Supervise a department’s operations and activities. ● Cooperate with other department managers ● Report to the upper management on the department’s progress ● Create change in the department that is beneficial to the company ● Communicate successfully with everyone in their department regardless of their personality type ● Allocate budgets and implement policies and procedures to achieve the goals ● Create a strategic workforce plan and pre-empt possible manpower issues ● Manage personnel matters like recruiting and firing ● Do contract management and negotiation, as well as data performance analysis to make the best business decisions ● Negotiate with clients and solve projects issues ● Follow the cases from departments managers ● Negotiate with subcontractors and solve the project's issues ● Smooth relation between different departments ● Report to: Managing Director. ● Subordinates: Engineering Manager, QC Manager, and Manufacturing Manager. ● Probation period: 3 Months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 to 18:00. ● Travel requirements: Twice per month. ● Commission, bonus, and benefits: Yes, negotiable.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering. ● 10 years of similar experience. ● Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes of mechanical parts and rotating equipment (Turbine, compressor, and pump). ● Leadership skills. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Communication skills. ● Negotiation skills.
