List of responsibilities:
● Manage CEO’s calendars and set up meetings.
● Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
● Maintain office efficiency by maintaining the appearance of work areas and common areas, organizing procedures, and overseeing supplies and equipment.
● Develop office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
● Supervise office general services activities and staff.
● Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
● Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
● Collect and prepare information for internal and external communications and correspondences.
● Take minutes during meetings.
● Organize and maintain the office filing system.
● Plan and execute the office events and conduct the required coordination.
● Provide general administrative support.
Requirements

● Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
● Fluency in English.
● Expertise in MS Office.
● Professional level of verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

● At least 5 years of related experience.
