● Arrange corresponding cartable of the executive vice president's office and receive relevant records.
● Keep records and archive all files, papers, letters and reports, and other required documents in IFS.
● Prepare a draft of some outgoing administrative letters.
● Manage and keep track of all official documents and also confidential and classified documents.
● Plan and coordinate meetings and appointments.
● Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person clients.
● Coordinate with the support section to carry out the current affairs of the office (ticketing and service in meetings).
● Handle the requests of colleagues and leading and refer them to the relevant person in charge and follow up the expert work assigned to the sections.
● Prepare reports of important daily events for the executive vice president.
Requirements
● At least 5 years of experience in related fields.
● Speaking and writing skills.
● Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
● Familiar with ERP (IFS).
● Planning and organizing skills.
● Follow-up skills.
● Time management skills.
