Job Description

Main responsibilities include (and not limited to): ● Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners. ● Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. ● Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings. ● Make travel and accommodation arrangements. ● Oversee the performance of the clerical and services staff. ● Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory. ● Collect and prepare information for internal and external communications and correspondences. ● Take minutes during meetings. ● Organize and maintain the office filing system. ● Plan and execute the office events and conduct the required coordination. ● Provide general administrative support.

Requirements

Position requirements: ● Bachelor's degree. ● Fluency in English. ● Expertise in MS Office. ● Minimum 3 years related experience (Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience). ● Professional level of verbal and written communications skills. ● Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities. ● High level of flexibility. ● A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. ● Discretion and confidentiality. ● Thorough attention to details.
