Job Description

The Executive Assistant to VP&GM supports the VP&GM of NN Pars in tasks related to the overall management of Novo Nordisk Pars organization, including liaison with LMT, business planning and strategy, analysis, presentations, communication, issue management, and project management. ● Accountable for senior management support providing the means and information to support decision making, to drive business performance as well as internal processes. ● Drive commercially relevant strategic and innovative projects and meetings that support affiliate overall strategy. ● Liaison with cross-functional teams for external communications and Issue Management and act as a single point of contact. ● Drive affiliate management meeting content and ensure strategic relevancy of the agenda, develop presentations. ● Attend and plan affiliate management meetings and town halls, including input to agenda development, quality assurance, minutes writing, and action follow-up. ● Develop and implement communication and issues management strategy, in collaboration with PAPA and P&O (as relevant).

Requirements

● University degree within Business Administration, Public Relations, or Political Science. ● More than 5 years of relevant working experience in business support, finance or sales and marketing, project management, communications, and or public relations. ● Experience gained in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and in a global organization setting would be preferred. ● Relevant marketing, market research, forecasting, sales analysis, finance, and reporting experience, would be an added advantage. ● Fluency in English and Farsi. ● MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). ● Ability to work independently and to challenge the status quo.
