Job Description

● Answer calls, take messages, and handle correspondence. ● Provide complete secretarial and administrative service to determined managers in order to facilitate organizational processes. ● Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. ● Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. ● Provide assistance as needed to front desk operations including but not limited to, answering phones, accepting packages and other deliveries, lunchtime relief, and greeting and signing in visitors and guests. ● Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings. ● ● presentation by the CEO. ● Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff. ● Job duration: Permanent position. ● Desired start date: ASAP. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.; Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Requirements

● At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or a personal assistant at a CEO or C-level office. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree. ● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (both Farsi and English). ● Fluent in Microsoft Office and presentation software. ● Detail-oriented and multi-task person. ● Eager to progress and learn. ● Problem-solving and solution-providing approach.
