● Coordinate events (conferences, ceremonies, and exhibitions) including time, place, planning, and budgeting.
● Monitor the venue of the event and the services provided.
● Visit the desired location to coordinate with the customers' needs.
● Monitor event activities to ensure customer and event participant satisfaction.
● Meet with vendors to obtain bids and determine the best fit with the event budget and goals.
● Follow up on matters assigned by the business manager.
● Follow up on agencies' advertisements.
Requirements
● At least one year of relevant work experience.
● Ability to work in flexible conditions and overtime, if needed.
● Ability to speak and communicate well in English.
● Familiarity with the implementation process of ceremonies and events and holding them from the beginning to the end of the work.
