Job Description

● Manage the effective achievement of business application objectives through the leadership of the team– setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of the team. ● Contribute to the preparation of the ERP and business applications section budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified. ● Supervise the day-to-day operations of ERP and business applications to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures. ● Lead the development of the IT plan according to company strategy and vision by focusing on the needs of key stakeholders. ● Develop and maintain enterprise systems by standard IT methods through requirements study, analysis, and implementation. ● Manage the implementation and support of systems to ensure providing quality service to the end users in need of capturing data and providing information, solution recommendation, training, and post-implementation support. ● Manage to provide needed information for analysis by high-level users through extracting data from implemented ERP and business applications. Using high-level visual tools for a better demonstration of analytical information to easy and fast understood by top management and decision-makers.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering. ● 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in ERP including at least 3 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite. ● Fluent in English. ● Expert level business process knowledge of finance, supply chain, OPM, and distribution. ● Expert level knowledge of PL SQL programming. ● Skilled in MS SQL Server. ● Skilled in Oracle SQL Developer and Workflow Builder. ● Skilled in Crystal reporting, SSRS, and BI Publisher. ● Good interpersonal and communication skills. ● Willingness to travel. ● Full availability during project execution. ● Knowledge of system analysis. ● Knowledge of Pl SQL/T-SQL development. ● Knowledge of business application. ● Knowledge of ERP applications.
