Job Description
● Radio optimization of GSM/WCDMA/LTE network to troubleshooting and improve KPIs.
● Analyzing the GSM/WCDMA/LTE KPIs, investigation, and improvements of the network quality problems.
● Performing root-cause analysis of RF issues to meet KPIs targets.
● Implementing the new features and tuning GSM/WCDMA/LTE network parameters in the Pre-Launch step.
● Initial tuning and basic parameter adjustment Frequency/BSIC re-planning.
● Neighbors auditing by Cell-to-Cell HO Statistics.
● Recommending physical changes (azimuth and tilt) for overshooting cells.
