Job Description

● Ensure the project management success criteria by collaborating with the Digikala implementation lead for initial product configuration, and communicating with project teams or product teams to collect and analyze information about business processes, product journey, and value chain. ● Clarify design expectations, define functional requirements, build project templates, and understand workflow needs in order to design, configure, and successfully deliver the platform across business units between Digikala and Digipay. ● Conduct project reviews of status and interdependencies for work streams. Implementation of the business ecosystem between Digipay and Digikala and may more internally group companies: A business ecosystem which is the network of organizations—including suppliers, distributors, customers, competitors, government agencies, and so on—involved in the delivery of a specific product or service through both competition and cooperation. ● Prepare and conduct user training, manage users, and support new employee onboarding in related topics between Digipay and Digikala practices effectively and comprehensively. ● Actively lead conversations between Digikala and Digipay regarding use cases and capabilities, and solicit user feedback, experience and suggestions. ● Facilitate fast and effective decision-making required for progress on the project with active consideration of product portfolio and stakeholder benefits. ● Produce, edit, distribute, and maintain a variety of business documents such as reports, technical mappings and specifications, procedures, training materials, etc. for a variety of audiences in Digipay, Digikala group and may external stockholders. ● Gather and analyze historical data to inform and suggest updates to existing templates/objects in the corporation with the Digipay data engineering team and Digikala BI team. ● Assess the system and business direction changes for impacts on existing designs, and develop new capabilities to support business objectives and related key results.

Requirements

● At least 4 years of project management and delivery experience of enterprise-scale projects. ● More than four years of experience in project management or software product management. ● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Access is a must. ● Familiarity with other manual or automated platforms/tools/technology is preferable. ● Licenses or certifications required by the position: PMP, PSPO, CAPM, PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL, CSM, CBAP, and PBA. ● Regional/global scope is an advantage.
