Job Description

● To liaise with third-party marketing research agencies. ● To provide information for MTNIrancell Enterprise Business to determine its position in the B2B marketplace. ● To collect data on telecom B2B competitors and analyze their strategies, prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution. ● To collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential B2B markets and factors affecting MTNIrancell Enterprise Business product demand. ● To devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data. ● To define required quantitative and qualitative market research to provide valid insight into the market and competition situation. ● To monitor telecom industry B2B statistics and follow related trends in the domestic and global markets. ● To measure and report on MTNIrancell B2B customer's overall satisfaction. ● To measure the effectiveness of MTNIrancell B2B marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies. ● To forecast and track MTNIrancell B2B marketing and sales trends and analyze the collected data. ● To provide marketing intelligence information based on the Enterprise Business Strategic positioning.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Financial, Marketing, Communications) or related fields; or an MBA graduate. ● Fluent in English. ● At least 3 years of experience in B2B Business or market research positions; with experience in supervising others. ● Experience working in a medium organization.
