Job Description

We are looking for an employer branding manager to define the employer brand identity correctly and with the help of the organization's strategies and to take steps to strengthen the employer brand inside and outside the organization. Responsibilities: ● Define brand identity. ● Identify communication channels with contacts and monitor the quality of the organization's presence in the channels (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). ● Manage and supervise the creation of creative content that can be offered in designated communication channels. ● Ensure awareness is created in contacts through designated communication channels. ● Strengthen and promote the brand position inside and outside the organization. ● Develop performance indicators in the field of employer brand and monitor them continuously. ● Be the trusted advisor to talent acquisition leaders to develop and execute local strategies that closely align with global goals and priorities. ● Organize and attend conferences/workshops. ● Help define our employer brand and execute the employer branding strategy understanding the needs of your business-wide initiatives. ● Understand how to track and evaluate metrics associated with recruiting and marketing campaigns in order to determine ROI.

Requirements

● Master's degree in Human Resources, Public Relations, Marketing, MBA, Management, or related fields. ● More than 3 years of experience in Branding or Marketing, with Employment Branding experience preferred. ● Be deeply familiar with marketing best practices, drip and engagement campaign strategy, social channel landscape, and measuring for success. ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or Organizational Psychology. ● Communications, design, user experience, or related field/experience. ● Experience in building efficient campaigns to attract talents. ● Marketing skills. ● Relationship-building skills. ● Communication skills. ● Attention to detail. ● Productivity skills: multitasking. ● Personal skills.
