Job Description

● Draw phase 2 and executive plans of electrical facilities (lighting system, switches, sockets, building telephone, etc.) based on national and international regulations and standards. ● Need assessment and meter and estimation and compilation of the list of electrical consumption of the project along with the desired specifications. ● Deliver electrical installation plans to contractors. ● Quality control and continuous monitoring of implementation, according to the project schedule, issuance, and approval of permits and other licenses. ● Archive and maintain information and maps of each stage of implementation. ● Examine the performance report and status report provided by the contractors, preparing minutes and referring them to the technical office. ● Interact with contractors, consultants, and other executive units and the technical office of the workshop.

Requirements

● Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. ● At least six years of work experience. ● Proficient in English. ● Proficient in national and international regulations and standards related to electrical installations in buildings, including national building regulations and publication 110. ● Familiar with drawing and Reading the draws. ● Mastery of principles and measurement of values and volumes. ● Familiar with electric installations in modern day and day. ● Familiar with industrial switchboards. ● Sufficient proficiency in AutoCad Software and Revit. ● Mastery of documenting and archiving documents. ● Mastery of Earthing and connection and lightning arrester systems. ● Mastery of BMS and DiaLux systems.
