Job Description

● Select textbooks, assessment materials, and workshop curriculum standards with a focus on IELTS and based on the college education system. ● Supervise and improve the performance of the assessment and monitoring departments. ● Select and design the educational materials in accordance with the college’s plans and system, and update them accordingly and constantly based on the feedback and information received. ● Observe and assess teachers' performance in class in order to identify their weaknesses, and have regular and weekly meetings to improve their skills. ● Prepare and distribute instructions to the teaching staff and students. ● Control quality and overall design of assessment systems and college exams. ● Study and review the fortnightly student reports received from teachers, and meet with teachers and students in cases where students' class performance is unsatisfactory, or they fail their midterms or finals. ● Hold initial meetings with new students, receive their feedback and assure and track their studies, and if necessary, resolve their complaints. ● Interview and select qualified teachers for recruitment, train them to learn and practice the college education system and refer them to the college principal. ● Work closely with the college principal, teaching staff, monitoring, and assessment departments with the aim of solving problems, and planning and developing training materials and professional programs. ● Deal with students' complaints about their results.

Requirements

● At least three years of experience in education management; at least two years of experience in teaching IELTS. ● Ability to research the best English language exercises and the most innovative teaching methods. ● Ability to organize online and offline training sessions or publishing educational resources according to specific objectives. ● Ability to create distinct developmental methods, including establishing new forces in college structures and management developing promotion plans for teachers. ● Ability to prepare educational facilities including planning the budget, preparing educational space, and enrolling new participants in educational plans. ● Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of trainings based on feedback from students, teachers and published data.
