Job Description
● Own the eCRM communication programs across marketing automation systems.
● Manage day-to-day eCRM operations to achieve daily and weekly targets.
● Take the lead in developing the eCRM roadmap, through regular progress meetings.
● Improve the quality of campaigns and encourage the use of eCRM as a digital channel.
● Develop KPIs for eCRM metrics with Customer Insight Manager, and monitor performance.
● Responsible for optimization of conversion rates.
● Responsible for providing useful insights from channels for other departments.
