Job Description

As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building district sales capability and managing the sales team to reach and exceed sales targets of a defined geographical district. ● Develop and ensure execution of sales plans, targets, and budgets within national sales strategy. ● Ensure registration of customer contacts of direct reports (and own) in SELAS. ● Ensure KOL management in own district, and sales performance. ● Participate in and contribute effectively to regional meetings, national conferences, and other NN meetings. ● Register dual visit reports/coaching reports in the CRM system. ● Manage and motivate direct reports in the sales team. ● Local and international travel.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Medical Science or related fields. ● 1 to 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry. ● Leadership and stakeholder management skills. ● Excellent communication skills and patient-centric approach. ● Intermediate level of English.
