Job Description

● To develop and maintain an intra-company collaboration with various teams, interface across the company with Network Group, ITS, Marketing, Sales, and Legal and Regulatory divisions to ensure buy-in and execution of the product development strategies and plans. ● To manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers, ensuring proper product development strategies and plans. ● To liaise constantly with top-level management and engage in digital P&S orientation selection to meet Digital division KPIs ● To ensure proper integration of MTNIrancell digital P&S with 3rd party solutions to create value as per the defined business case ● To lead the development of MTNIrancell Digital P&S delivery strategies to meet company requirements for Digital segment offerings ● To build and lead a small, highly competent core team that works collaboratively to design, develop and deliver the best possible user experience for all customer-facing aspects of Irancell digital services & channels. ● To build MTNIrancell's digital capability to support the delivery of digital operator strategy. ● To work collaboratively with all Irancell digital service partners to provide the best-known customer experience services in the digital area. ● To develop and manage the digital project portfolio and life cycle management of current/expanded services and digital channels. ● To centralize monitoring of often-heterogeneous digital P&S initiatives and ensure timely delivery of Irancell digital services/ platforms. ● To work with business units to improve digital decision-making regarding technology choices and the implementation and integration of 3rd-party products. • To devise on all digital services lifecycle and decide on shutting down of specific P&S which omitted from Irancell digital portfolio. ● To map digital capabilities to strategic priorities and provide strategic direction for capturing the digital service users need using a combination of relevant product and services and subscriber data. ● To foster collaboration with third parties that own or can deliver key digital products and services to Irancell. ● To ensure compliance of all MTNIrancell digital product and services propositions, business models, and GTM with local regulations governing products and services in Iran. ● To track technology possibilities with a two to five-year horizon focused on converging IT and digital services. ● To drive the selection of suitable technologies and negotiate/manage contracts with suppliers to achieve the targets for the ROI on digital platforms. ● To ensure integration and free flow of information between business development and platform delivery teams, guaranteeing both team concerns seen in the business development cycles. ● To ensure all MTNIrancell Digital P&S offerings are up and running/functional as per the defined scope.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT Management, Computer Science, IT Engineering or related fields; An MBA graduate or Master's degree is a priority. ● Senior management track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in Digital P&S development. ● Experience working in a global or multinational enterprise (understanding emerging markets is advantageous). ● Worked across diverse cultures and geographies. ● Fluent in English.
