Responsibilities:
To create a clear, efficient, measurable, and operatable digital marketing strategy and plan to fulfill the client's marketing objectives based on brief and available assets.
To cooperate with internal teams (social media admins, media team members, creative team) to combine communication and digital marketing strategy and creative ideas into a measurable and specific activation plan and execute activities based on set milestones and detailed timeline according to the plan.
To provide, present, and support an activation plan, reason with clients to support decisions, define estimated KPIs and cooperate to understand project needs accurately.
To benchmark and stay updated on both national and international marketing platforms.
To stay updated on social/online platforms, available features, and new opportunities.
To perform research on the target audience and gain insight into their behavior and needs.
To execute and maintain the finalized and detailed activation plan and timeline to reach planed KPIs.
To regularly monitor ongoing campaigns and clients' social platforms' status and optimize activation plan based on daily results.
To provide an insightful and convincing report and share it with the client and team members to measure the success of the project and optimize future activities.
Requirements
5+ years of work experience at advertising agencies.
Proven experience in a similar position.
Solid understanding and work experience with digital platforms in advertising.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with an aptitude for fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of MS Office or relevant software.
Sufficient experience in marketing, branding, and executing advertising campaigns.
