Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager who is excited to help us shape our business's future. To succeed in the role, the candidate should have strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and strategic thinking. Responsibilities: ● Developing strategies that drive customers to the website and application. ● Managing digital marketing channels based on marketing targets. ● Planning digital marketing campaigns. ● Preparing accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance. ● Planning and supervising digital marketing and e-CRM activities, including display ads, native ads, mobile marketing, SMS marketing, landing pages for campaigns, etc. ● Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs). ● Identifying trends and insights and optimizing the performance. ● Presenting new and creative growth strategies. ● Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests. ● Utilizing the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. ● Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user. experience, customer journey, and improve traffic. ● Analyzing conversion points and optimizing user funnels. ● Planning, measuring performance, and improving the content of the website’s banners. Requirements

● Having a good knowledge of LTV, CPC, CAC, CPA, CPI, CVR, SDK, cohorts, retention rate, and churn rate. ● Profound professional experience in performance marketing. ● Strong communication skills as well as a goal-driven and team-oriented working style. ● High level of initiative, enthusiasm, sociability, and reliability. ● Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. ● Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. ● Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.) ● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. ● Understanding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
