Job Description

We are looking for a digital marketing manager to join our team and help us grow our brand's online presence and sales. You will be in charge of planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies across all channels, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Responsibilities: ● Plan and implement various campaigns to reach the number of orders that must be registered every month. ● Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. ● Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all platforms. ● Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). ● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the data. ● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. ● Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests. ● Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. ● Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. ● Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. ● Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. ● Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Requirements

Required skills: ● Proven working experience in digital marketing. ● Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. ● Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. ● Experience with A/B and multivariate testing. ● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred skills: ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field. ● Experience in the cosmetics industry. ● Highly creative with the ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that align with their needs and preferences. ● Knowledge of current marketing tools and trends.
