Mission
● To enhance the brand attributes of MTNirancell aligned with marketing approaches and goals through online and digital channels.
● To manage that all digital presence activities and communication plans and tactics are reflective of the global MTN brand vision.
● To use digital media to generate brand awareness while educating the market on MTNirancell's products and services.
● To manage existing digital media and explore new media opportunities for the Iran market.
Responsibilities:
● To manage the relationship between the product, ITS, CR, CEX, HR, Digital, and EB on digital campaign implementation projects.
● To ensure all Marcom activities for digital P&S are aligned with corporate strategy and brand initiatives
● To manage the development and implementation of digital marketing tactics and related plans, including social media marketing
● To participate in forming a high-level roadmap of branding, and advertisement and communicating the marketing mix.
● To develop digital media communication roadmap and short-term plans and design online campaigns for new product launches, existing products and services, and recent sales promotions and monitor the performance, preparing reports.
● To manage and ensure defined programs are implemented in online channels and digital marketing.
● To plan and manage improvement in the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website, portals, and apps.
● To plan online media campaigns and ensure proper implementation for new apps, products, existing products, services, and promotions.
● To manage team activities and outcomes to ensure that all online presence expresses the most effective and recognizable company message.
● To design and manage the engaging campaign on social channels to increase brand affinity and customer loyalty to the brand.
● To be responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing efforts
● To plan and manage the execution of all web, SEO/SEM, email, marketing automation, social media, display, and in-app advertising campaigns.
● To manage utilization of analytical tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer digital touch points.
● To measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs.
● To identify trends and insights of customers on digital channels and optimize digital marketing performance.
● To manage the perception of MTNirancell in all segments through online media in line with the master brand’s roadmap.
● To manage creative, advertising, and digital agencies that carry out specific functions related to online advertising, promotion, marketing research, social marketing, user experience development, etc.
● To manage interactions with the creative and production team and offline media to ensure integrity and alignment of all communications in all media
● To manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of direct email marketing campaigns.
● To establish a strong relationship with the audience using new media around digital media and social networks.
● To manage editorial content to come up with a social media content calendar.
