Job Description

This position forms part of the Brand Marketing team experienced in digital marketing directions to manage a content management approach. Develop and lead strong and innovative digital marketing strategies using various techniques to attract traffic to the Goldiran online platforms, increase awareness of brands, sales of products, and usage of services. Implement user experience, design graphic elements, and build navigation components to present the company interface visually in an attractive and convenient way. Deliverables: Digital marketing: ● Lead innovative digital content for all digital media platforms such as websites, social media, mobile Apps, etc. to increase visit traffic and consumer engagements. ● Ensure all digital marketing efforts are consistent with brand strategy. ● Implement SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), search engine marketing (SEM), manage link-building strategies, social media presences, Google AdWords, etc. to increase the number of visitors on Goldiran, Gplus and Goldiranplus.ir online platforms by achieving high ranking placements in google search results. ● Implement digital and social media campaigns to communicate product, brand, promotion, or service and increase engagement and impression ratio with close collaboration with the marketing team and agencies. ● Analyze digital data using Google Analytics, and other relevant sources to draw key recommendations around digital marketing optimization, and conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being considered. ● Stay up-to-date and abreast of new social media platforms, web technologies, and digital marketing trends, and apply these new technologies when necessary. ● Monitor competitor’s digital marketing activities and provides counterattack strategies. ● Use research data to find customer targets, habits, preferred intentions, and campaign effectiveness to ensure all digital marketing efforts are optimized. UI/UX: ● Design and create an appropriate graphic user interface for integrated and consistent websites across the group, brands, functions, and e-commerce to support the digital/brand marketing strategies. ● Create overall concepts for the user experience within a Company webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive, easy for customers and facilitate an enjoyable experience on the business's website. ● Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the research team to analyze customer responses, website data to determine high traffic web pages, and qualitative feedback. ● Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps ● Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how company websites function look and Identify and troubleshoot UX problems Budget management: ● Manage and drive budget per product by brand. ● Make annual, quarterly, and monthly budget plans for marketing activities. ● Ensure on-time and accurate invoice procedures.

Requirements

● At least 3 years of relevant work experience. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field. ● Fluent in English. ● Professional in SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Content Management Systems, Photoshop, InDesign, Facebook, Twitter, and Microsoft Office.
