Job Description

● Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure. ● Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes. ● Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results. ● Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats. ● Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’. ● Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended. ● Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions. Requirements

● More than three to five years of experience with Linux/UNIX systems and applications. ● Hands-on skills in managing MySQL, Redis, and ElasticSearch services. ● Ability to use configuration management tools such as Ansible. ● Ability to use tools required to operate containers, such as Docker and Kubernetes. ● Strong scripting skills with the preferred language of Bash/Python. ● Familiar with Git. ● Familiar with Jenkins. ● Strong understanding of Linux-based OS and deep knowledge of TCP/IP. ● Strong communications skill with both technical and non-technical peers.
