Job Description

● Develop and implement human resources policies. ● Support strategic goals. ● Ensure compliance with laws and regulations. ● Manage the annual budget of the human resources department. ● Assess the health and performance of employees. ● Motivate and support current employees. ● Maintain employee records. ● Employee benefits management. ● Design and direct training programs. ● Direct change management and organizational development. ● Monitor all human resources initiatives, systems, and tactics. ● Supervise the work of human resources personnel and provide guidance. ● Report data analysis to the CEO using HR metrics.

Requirements

● Work experience with the human resources manager. ● Thorough understanding of how an organization operates to achieve its goals. ● Excellent familiarity with employment rules and regulations. ● Full knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices. ● Knowledge of data analysis and reporting. ● Excellent organizational skills and leadership. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Diligent and strong with high moral standards. ● Master's degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields.
