Job Description

● Managing a production company focusing on the activities of the Tehran office. ● Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecasts data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives. ● Analyze difficult situations and events and provide solutions to ensure the survival and growth of the company. ● Management of research team, development team, sales team, business team, financial team. ● Participate in meetings with suppliers and customers. ● Develop high-quality business strategies and plans and ensure their alignment with short-term, long-term, and long-term goals. ● Participate in weekly meetings with shareholders and the board of directors. ● Reporting to: CEO and Board Members.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree or higher. ● At least 5 years in the same job group. ● Good communication skills. ● Excellent problem-solving skills. ● Financial and management skills. ● Leadership skills to lead senior management and to manage internal and external conflicts. ● English proficiency.
