Job Description

The incumbent will support business decision across M&S function through sales and forecasting volume, volume forecasting modeling, demand and supply planning and managing of inventories of finished goods (FG) across supply chain. The incumbent will ensure that production and sales plans are maximizing volume and profit deliveries. Areas of responsibility: ● Ensure that finished goods supply planning is running effectively and in-line with demand requirements for the Iran market. ● Manage timely phase in phase out process for finished goods and minimizing NTM (non-tobacco material) write off costs. ● Monitor finish goods (FG) stock levels, sales performance, production availability in order to prevent supplying problems. ● Track and proactively addressing potential supply issues, communicating to relevant stakeholders. ● Be the key point of contact for GSC, Sales and Marketing on production planning, NTM ordering, shipments plans and FG inventory coverage. ● Ensure that customers monthly orders are placed in-line with sales forecast and agreed inventory coverage. ● Ensure that production plans are in-line with customer's official orders and demand plans. ● Be in constant contact with stakeholders to minimize the cost of write off of FG, NTM and delivery costs ● Ensure that sales projections are prepared on time and accurately uploaded in global forecasting tools (i.e. BIP - Business Integration Planning). ● Measure and report on sales forecast accuracy. ● Provide analytical sales reports based on previous months' sales. ● Ensure that process of sales volume reporting is running efficiently and with no delays. ● Regular volume reports to be prepared and submitted on time. ● Secure efficient execution of Ad-hoc performance analyses. ● Constant review of legislation that may affect company's business (tobacco law, excise, customs duty and etc.) identifying and analyzing problems (in alignment with Legal and CA/C departments) and proposing solutions to management.

Requirements

Education: ● At least Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Engineering. Work experience and competencies: ● Minimum 5 years of work experience in FMCG company in Marketing or Sales function. ● Having statistics mindset, financials and advanced analytic available software analyzer. ● Having analyzing and problem solving skills. ● Fluent in project/process management. Languages and computer skill: ● Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications. ● Full command of English written and spoken.
