Job Description

● Deliver brand promises through strengthening relations with customers. ● Guide current customers through challenges. ● Evaluate customers' experiences and try to delight them with every interaction. ● Data-driven decision-making to enhance customers' experience. ● Track market trends. ● Create and enhance the customer journey. ● Define customer goals/needs in order to create better experiences and reduce pain points constant monitoring of customers' contacts with the brand through different channels execute daily surveys and provide monthly reports and analyze survey results.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other related fields. ● Problem-solving and team working skills. ● Proficient in written communication skills. ● Able to provide detailed reports. ● Create and enhance the customer journey. ● Ability to work with analytical tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
