We have an opportunity to join our dynamic team of Call Center for the right person with a passion for helping people. you’ll provide caring customer service to consumers. We care about how our team interacts with consumers, so you’ll learn to make every conversation as positive and productive as possible— we’ll provide all of the necessary training for you to be successful! ● Take inbound and outbound calls with utmost professionalism and courtesy. ● Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. ● Provide timely feedback to the customer service head regarding challenges or consumer concerns. ● Connect with consumers by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs, make appropriate recommendations, and provide assistance and accurate information to resolve their issues.

Requirements

● At least 2 years of experience in this position. ● Fluency in English is an important skill for this job position. ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ● Must have the ability to use proper punctuation, grammar, and spelling in all written communications. ● Excellent typing, phone, and computer navigation skills. ● Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate. ● Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
