● Contacting customers or users, and resolve users' requests, if possible.
● Solving problems reported by users, if relevant, or referring the problems to the relevant teams.
● Diagnosing software faults in the network and solving technical problems by phone, remote, or face-to-face.
● Testing and repairing faulty hardware equipment.
● Installing general and specialized software required by users.
● Monitoring all devices related to the server room (including UPS, cooling system, environmental condition sensor of the server room, etc.).
● Updating operating systems and software used by users of the organization.
● Teaching software, systems, and methods to users.
● Documenting all assigned matters and knowledge management.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT Engineering, or equivalent fields.
● 2 years of experience working within IT infrastructure and software configuration.
● Good English skills.
● CCNA and Network+ Certifications are a plus.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
● Excellent interpersonal skills.
