Job Description

● Maintain well balanced in business-partnerships with customers. ● Maintain excellent customer relationships. ● Maintain close and regular contact with logistics, customer services, and purchasing teams throughout the global organization to coordinate mutually related actions and functions.

Requirements

● Experience as a customer support specialist or similar CS roles. ● Experience using help desk software and remote support tools. ● Understanding of how CRM systems work. ● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ● Multi-tasking abilities. ● Patience when handling tough cases. ● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant diplomas. ● Excellent communication skills including active listening. ● Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances. ● Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. ● Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.
