Job Description

● To monitor customer data environment, keeping it safe from data leakage and granting other units access to the sources. ● To communicate business reporting and data mining needs with the line manager and customer data third parties and follow up until their complete delivery. ● To coordinate changes and developments in the customer information database also control its correctness and availability via communication with third parties. ● To provide the CR with customer analytical intelligence to develop CR activities and support team productivity by providing the enhancement reports. ● To assist in preparing CR forecasting tool and matrix regarding CR performance, financial and non-financial data, campaign efficiency, etc. ● To liaise with marketing, ITS, finance, sales support, and other related teams to gather required data. ● To prepare actual reports of CR on required basis (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) aligned with business expectations. ● To develop an approach to control data by employing the most relevant analytical practices such as data science techniques and develop analytical reports on customer data internal customers can easily interpret that. ● To provide report for deviations from Go to Market KPIs of different products and solutions. ● To create needful dashboards, which help to monitor the KPIs/activities in different areas within the CR team and make sure it is updated. ● To generate different reports on subscribers’ data in different areas, analysis, interpret provided information, and prepare recommendations on services and product support for CR management. ● To coordinate provisioning of reports on analysis for different departments and division on subscribers data. ● To monitor, analyze and interpret trends on CR activities/plans performance also all CR related SLAs and KPIs derived from the department’s reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) as per request. ● To control integrity and accuracy of subscriber’s’ data from different resources used for generating analysis and reports. ● To maintain customer segmentation plans in terms of services using different provided analysis and reports. ● To identify gaps in customer satisfaction services delivery across the organization based on data analysis results. ● To coordinate and designed the generation of related reports with third parties based on division queries specifically for identifying revenue lost. ● To suggest enhancements on data mining, analyzing and reporting methods/frameworks used by division through benchmarking and studying best practices. ● To generate and consolidate reports as needed to meet management requirements, including different adhoc reports. ● To propose action plans to address issues identified in reports and meetings and follow the track of actions.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (Marketing, Communications) or related fields. ● At least 3 years of experience in an area of specialization. ● Experience working in a medium organization. ● Experience in Telecommunication is considered an advantage.
