Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and driven CX specialist to apply customer feedback and data to ensure a positive customer experience. The CX specialist position will work on a range of tasks, including: ● Helping create customer interactions. ● Keeping track of customer journeys. ● Helping category managers, marketers, and partners internally fine-tune the customer experience. ● Helping the company reach its sales goals. ● Finding and resolving customer issues. ● Predicting customer behavior, based on data.

Requirements

● More than two years of relevant work experience (experience in the IT industry is preferred). ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Strong teamwork and communication skills. ● English proficiency is preferred.
