● Customer club planning.
● Plan, manage and deliver multi-channel, CRM, and loyalty programs campaigns.
● Analyze the current CRM and ensure it’s fit for the purpose and the goals of the organization.
● Collaborate in measuring customer satisfaction and implementing programs to increase their satisfaction.
● Call center management of online and telephone orders.
● Develop and monitor online sales activity.
● Report sales performance and cost per sale data to senior management.
● Provide an annual online sales budget and follow-up to achieve it.
● Create positive relationships with other department leaders to create an efficient cooperation environment and deliver second to none solutions.
