Job Description

● Customer club planning. ● Plan, manage and deliver multi-channel, CRM, and loyalty programs campaigns. ● Analyze the current CRM and ensure it’s fit for the purpose and the goals of the organization. ● Collaborate in measuring customer satisfaction and implementing programs to increase their satisfaction. ● Call center management of online and telephone orders. ● Develop and monitor online sales activity. ● Report sales performance and cost per sale data to senior management. ● Provide an annual online sales budget and follow-up to achieve it. ● Create positive relationships with other department leaders to create an efficient cooperation environment and deliver second to none solutions.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in related fields. ● Fluent in Excel. ● Fluent in communication skills. ● Fluent in telephone and face-to-face negotiation techniques. ● Fluent in teamwork and problem-solving power. ● Minimum 3 years of experience in online sales and customer relations. ● Timely decision-making skills. ● Experience in planning and implementing customer clubs.
