As the most authorized person for sales, marketing, and customer care, you must find and pursue the most innovative ways to take Lamasoo and your teammates to set point and beyond. beyond is yours. To do so, we are working hard together but what you have in control is your team and everything we have now, not in the future. Responsibilities: ● Improve the performance of every activated channel in Lamasoo (means every sales channel with the hotel). ● Manage an appropriate CRM database (which we have on g.sheets now) to act more data-driven than intuitional. ● Manipulate probable information from the CRM database to fluence on strategic planning for the whole company (as a voter in strategic planning). ● Set strategic plans from strategies to technics making us the best supportive channel manager in the country. ● Lead team members in personal development. ● Touch base with key customers and partners to ensure that we have a great service for them, especially. ● Put processes for the CAC team as well as make proper dashboards for monitoring the team's performance. ● Re-structure our CAC team in case of need.

Requirements

Mandatory skills: ● People-oriented and data-driven planning as well as reporting. ● Excellent active listening skills. ● Strong leadership skills. ● Availability to serve vital issues. ● Problem-solving ability. ● Knowledge of HR systems and metrics. ● Knowledge of psychological mechanisms of humanity in work as well as human relationships. ● KPI and Metrics setting stem from company strategies. Better to know: ● Knowing the basics of OKR is highly recommended. ● Getting to know the tourism industry.
