Job Description

● Coordinate with the customer for the yearly core network plan by providing any recommendations in terms of capacity margin or new features implementation. ● Support the customer planning department in delivering detailed design operations. ● Consolidate the radio and transmission requirements to the customer planning department. ● Provide timely network and elements configuration data for commissioning of new core nodes. ● Supervise the integration of new core nodes. ● Coordinate post-integration testing and performance analysis, to verify the proper functioning of the network, in compliance with specifications. ● Provide support to network operation and network implementation department in acceptance of core projects, attending the acceptance tests. ● Address specific performance issues where identified and handed over for investigation and resolution by a performance analyst (high-level end-to-end performance analysis). ● Assuring compliance with MS contract and identifying any adverse trends in core network performance before it results in actual service degradation. ● Performing all necessary call trace analysis for investigation. Supporting the radio engineer for end-to-end quality troubleshooting. ● Verifying through continuous operational capacity planning in compliance with required capacity margins as defined by the customer core engineering guidelines. ● Prepare action plans where deviation from MS contract KPIs has been detected from core to optimize the network performance and comply with MS contract KPI and capacity margins.

Requirements

● Experience in Huawei CS core optimization and performance improvement. ● Experience in Huawei IMS core optimization and performance improvement. ● Enough experience in analyzing call flow and voice services. ● Practical experience with Huawei SBC, ATS, CSCF, MGCF, VSPS, and UDM. ● In-depth practical experience with Huawei ATCA and cloud Platform. ● Familiar with Huawei features and their activation process. ● In-depth practical experience in troubleshooting using a trace of SIP, MAP, CAP, BSSAP, and RANAP. ● In-depth practical experience in Huawei CS/IMS Core for Troubleshooting, Route cause analysis, and KPI degradation analysis. Key professional competencies: ● Excellent knowledge of the process of the Core Network Optimization in a Telecom Client for 2G (and 3G if any) and the constraints related. ● Troubleshooting skills. ● Route cause analysis. ● KPI degradation analysis. ● Ability to understand technical guidebook. Qualifications and experience: ● Analytical and problem-solving. ● Anticipation and adaptation. ● Rigor and organization. ● Teamwork spirit. ● At least 4 years of relevant working experience within the mobile or telecommunications industry related to the technical field. ● Bachelor's degree in technical fields. ● Supplier-specific hardware knowledge. ● Great communication skills, oral and written English. ● Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
